The Countdown is on!!!! This Sunday marks the biggest race of the year, the Daytona 500!! The 2016 Season already set a new a record with Chase Elliot being the youngest driver in NASCAR history to win the pole spot. Jeff Gordon did it in the 24 car and so didnt Chase’s dad Bill Elliot. I still feel like this is Dale Earnhardt’s race to lose. Chase may be the fastest in qualifying but when you put 43 more cars out there it makes a huge difference. Unfortunately Tony Stewart will be watching on TV due to his back injury he sustained in a sand car during the OFF SEASON!!! Not Smart SMOKE!!
